Gasma, the Campus of Gastronomy and Culinary Management of the CEU Cardenal Herrera University was born from the conviction that traditional training did not serve to respond to the challenges of the gastronomic sector, which require new solutions, increasingly professionalized, dynamic and groundbreaking.

It is no longer enough just to cook well. It is not enough to be the best in the kitchen. Professionals capable of converting talent into a successful company are needed.

A sector as demanding as Gastronomy demands multidisciplinary, agile professionals, prepared to face a world that changes at full speed. At Gasma we train professionals who turn uncertainty into opportunity.

We know that it is of little use to be a great chef if that technical excellence does not correspond to a robust management base and here you will have it since we work every day to train professionals capable of anticipating changes in the sector and the market, without fear of innovate or seek new gastronomic or business solutions.

In other centers or cooking schools you will be a mere spectator. At Gasma we are different:

Small classes are more beneficial for the students and the teachers themselves, who can give more individual attention. That is why the ratio of students per teacher is one of the most analyzed indicators in the world to know the resources dedicated to education. CEU Universities are among the top ten Spanish universities for their low ratio of students per professor (11.5 students per professor).

Our classes are eminently practical because we firmly believe that you learn by doing. Your learning is consolidated and reinforced through practices, always.
