It is the vehicle of those brave people who are convinced that gastronomy is a tool for transformation towards a fairer, more egalitarian and sustainable world.

Gasma is also a place for students from more than 70 countries to live together. In short, it is the sum of all the experiences, desires and dreams of a generation called to change the future of gastronomy.
