Gastronomy is a fundamental sector in the economy of any country. Therefore, it requires increasingly specialized profiles, capable of responding to the new challenges posed by the sector.
For this reason we have created Gasma Culinary Institute. Our objective: to satisfy that demand through a specialized, current and different training. How? Taking a step further in traditional training in cooking and adapting the innovative methodologies of a pioneering university like Gasma – CEU Cardenal Herrera University at all training levels.
We are currently finishing the development of the first five academic programs, with a duration of one academic year, to train professionals capable of creating a unique gastronomic offer and, therefore, making the leap into the world of haute cuisine. This training is exclusively offered in Spanish.
