PRACTICAL GASTRONOMIC TRAINING
At Gasma, we believe that gastronomic training must be eminently practical. As a means to this end, students have a gastronomic and teaching space where they can put into practice everything they have learned. We are talking about Vidó: much more than a restaurant.
This experiential gastronomic area is a fundamental tool for students to grow and develop both in the kitchen and, above all, in the dining room. Here they will learn, first hand and in real situations, about daily operations and the set-up of a space of these characteristics.
Vidó has two different environments: a more classic one that resembles a traditional restaurant, and a more contemporary one that can modify its layout depending on the current project. In short, it has everything necessary for students to let their imaginations run wild.
