Getting gastronomy to remain one of the sectors that contributes the most to the Spanish economy is not an easy task. Nor is it that our cuisine continues to be an avant-garde reference throughout the world. This requires a common effort and that companies, restaurants, academic institutions and public or private entities row in the same direction.
At Gasma we know this and that is why we want to become the necessary link between the university and companies in the gastronomic field. Because the students who train with us today are the ones who will lead the sector in the future. And because it is as important to generate talent and knowledge as to create the necessary synergies so that this effort has a real impact on gastronomy.
That is why we open our doors to those companies and entities willing to add and promote excellence and innovation in the gastronomic field through different forms of collaboration and sponsorship.
