Recruitment policy, Withdrawal and Returns

Recruitment of various training activities offered in and carried through the web are in compliance with the set of Law 34/2002 of11 July, of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI). On this website you will find the necessary information for the recruitment of each of those training activities.

Without prejudice that each training activity could involve specific special conditions (which will prevail over these Terms and would be published along with the offer), to proceed with a registration the student must generally complete the Application for Registration and send it to PDM by email to the address, along with a proof of payment of the registration amount.

Admission to some of the offered training activities could be subject to accreditation by the student of a certain training and / or previous experience and / or personal interviews that may include certain tests of knowledge.

PDM will confirm receipt of the application form and proof of payment by sending an email to the address provided so that, if any an error is reflected, the student should notify it notified to PDM by e-mail to the address

The contract will always be in Spanish and based in Castellón de la Plana (Spain). The acquisition of products offered at shall be governed by the conditions stipulated in each case, which will be considered accepted by the sole use of such service.

The price applicable to the purchase of the product is listed on the website, the same day the order is placed. Prices will always be without VAT, where applicable, if not otherwise specified. The validity of prices and, where appropriate, offers are subject to their appearance in the catalogue of the web page.

PDM offers different payment methods so users can choose the one that suits them best. Payment generally will be by bank transfer or credit card (physical or virtual POS).

The purpose, target audience, price, duration and other details of each training activity is reflected in the current catalogue. Enrolment in training activities is personal and non-transferable.

Customers may cancel their registration, only if PDM is informed of such cancellation and the information is acknowledged. The cancellation process should occur within a maximum period of 14 working days from the day the Application takes place. Without prejudice to any expressly rejected particular condition of each training, PDM will return all payment, excluding management and enrolment fees, which may correspond.

Once a course has started, any missed classes by the student will not be made up. The right to ask for any reimbursement should be exercised through email at

Reimbursements, if any, will be made in the same form of payment the registration was made. Reimbursements through POS, shall be made within the billing cycle (30 days). Should this be impossible for some reason, the customer shall provide PDM an account number for a bank transfer to be arranged.

The data for each contract is kept in a file owned by PDM for management, informative and commercial purposes. The student may exercise his or her rights of objection, access, rectification or cancellation in accordance with Law 15 / 1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as the identification and correction of errors in data entry.

Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction 

The relations between PDM and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish legislation. However, any disagreement shall be submitted to the Courts of the city of Castellón de la Plana.
