Grade

The Bachelor’s Degree in Gastronomy aims to provide a comprehensive training in gastronomy, from zero to a complete specialization. In our four-year curriculum, we train professionals who are experts in culinary techniques, and professionals qualified to run and manage gastronomic businesses.
