Go Majima is the head chef at Daisuki in Madrid.

Previously, he was also head chef at Miyama San and at Samurai restaurant in Madrid.

Throughout his long career as a sushiman he has worked in Japanese restaurants around the world such as Yuzu (Canada), Tastem (Valencia), Sushi on Mill (Arizona, USA), Hiro Sushi (Arizona, USA), Shimogamo (Arizona, USA).

He also worked in Japan at Umiga Co. (Saitama, Japan) and Nagatsuki (Saitama, Japan) restaurants.
