Graduate in Tourism, Graduate in Management of Hotel Activities and Post Graduate in Management and Organization of Hotel Companies by the University of Barcelona.
Member of a family with a long tradition in the hotel business. In recent years, he has held various positions in the Food and Beverage functional area, such as Cost Controller or Catering Operations Manager. He currently combines his professional activity in the private sector with teaching in different training centers throughout Spain.
He collaborates as a columnist in several national and international magazines of the sector. He is the Spanish correspondent for the online magazine Turista Magazine and author of more than 10 books on hospitality.
