He is the head of creativity at Quique Dacosta Restaurant (3 Michelin Stars and 3 Repsol Suns, in The World’s 50 Best Restaurant, 9.75 in The Best of Gastronomy, but also works as head chef, responsible for events, conferences and lectures.

Most importantly, though, he has been Quique’s traveling companion for the past twenty years.

Together, as an almost inseparable tandem, they have created what is today one of the best restaurants in Spain.
