Juanjo Padilla is a renowned Barcelona pastry chef who has been in the trade for more than 25 years.
During his long career, marked by effort, experience and knowledge, he has managed to make a name for himself among the dessert chefs of our country. He worked at the restaurant Jean Luc Figueras, together with Jordi Butrón (from Espaisucre); and learned the best from Enric Rosich. From there, twelve years marked his professional maturity, as head pastry chef at the Via Veneto restaurant in Barcelona; a year at The Mirror restaurant and consultancies with Paco Pérez, at the Miramar restaurant (with 2 Michelin stars), and at the Hotel Arts.
Juanjo Padilla has attended countless training courses and has taught many others as a teacher, has collaborated with various media and has participated in numerous pastry and chocolate contests, always with the enthusiasm of the first day.
