Sommelier
Manuela Romeralo entered the world of wine by chance. After working at the restaurant La Sucursal, where she learned the secrets of the trade and trained her sense of smell for 14 years, since 2010 she has been sommelier and head waiter at the restaurants El Poblet (1* Michelin and 2 Soles Repsol), Vuelve Carolina (1 Sol Repsol) and Mercat Bar in Valencia, both owned by chef Quique Dacosta. Manuela is the first world champion cigar sommelier, a title never before won by a Spaniard or a woman.
