He studied Hotel Management at the School of Hotel Management of Segovia “Angel del Alcazar”.

He began his gastronomic career in the kitchen of the Zalacaín Restaurant (* Michelin) in 1996. Subsequently, he was headwaiter at Martín Berasategui’s Restaurant (*** Michelin) in 1997.

After working for three years with Santi Santamaría, as second head chef at Can Fabes (*** Michelin), since 2001 he has been in charge of the gastronomic execution in the kitchen of Santceloni (** Michelin) until today. National award for best head chef.
