Sommelier

Born in Castellón, heir to one of the best-known hospitality sagas of the grao de Castellón, he and his brothers have been running the Mediterráneo restaurant for 27 years, this being the fourth generation dedicated to gastronomic service. His functions within the restaurant correspond to a greater extent to his passion for sommelier, in which he has been trained.

In recent years he has taken several specialized courses. He has been recognized with awards such as; Third classified in the National Contest Nariz de Oro 2014 and first classified in the Sommelier Demonstration of the First Congress of Gastronomy and Wine of Castellón 2015.
